On September 24th, 2020 my cousin Nichole Amaral, was traveling out of the country to Cancun, Mexico for her birthday with her boyfriend Matt Borek. While at the beach her and Matt decided to go into the ocean.  While they were swimming Nichole tragically lost her boyfriend Matt due to a massive wave that crashed down on him and broke his neck.  She has spent all of her money on the hospital and is now trying to figure out a way to get his body back home to the US. Nichole’s and Matt’s family have been trying their best to get all the funds to get him back but are short on the amount of money needed to get him back home.

Matt was a father to one beautiful 3 year old boy, and his family is distraught by this loss. Nicole’s, and Matt’s family have been doing everything they can to get Matt back home to his loved ones.
