With deep sorrow, we share the unexpected passing of Julio Carlos Cruz Merino, age 70, who tragically lost his life after being struck by a vehicle on Tuesday, February 17th in Woodbridge, Virginia. The accident occurred near Richmond Highway and Opitz Boulevard. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he sadly passed away due to the severity of his injuries.

Julio was a devoted father, a loving grandfather, and a kind, generous human being whose warmth touched everyone who knew him. His sudden loss has left an immense void in the hearts of his family and loved ones.
