My family & I very tragically and unexpectedly lost my mom this past Friday (February 7th, 2025). I woke that morning to my grandmother’s call that my moms house had burned, was still on fire, and she feared my mom was inside. I grabbed my shoes, ran out the door, and floored it to Beechgrove. Just after arriving, an investigator confirmed he had found her body. Unfortunately my mom never had life insurance & it doesn’t appear we’ll be able to finance funeral services, a casket, burial, vault, plot, etc. My goal is to have probably same day services and have my mom buried in a specific plot, beside my dad who we lost in 2021, at Coleman Cemetery, which requires a vault. Any support will be greatly greatly appreciated.

February 11th the medical examiner finally made positive ID of my mom & she’s ready for release. We have an appointment with Woodfin Funeral Chapel in Murfreesboro Wednesday morning. Please keep sharing this post. Also for anyone willing to donate clothing or necessities to my brother who came home to the house engulfed and has lost everything.. Monday 2/17 closed casket visitation 11am-1am. Funeral service 1:00pm. Graveside service immediately after probably about  2:15 to be buried to the right of my dad at Coleman Cemetery.
