Tragic house fire at my Auntie and Uncles house

Yesterday morning I received a phone call to say that my Auntie and Uncles house that they have lived in West London for over 25 years had set on fire. One of them had to go to hospital for smoke inhalation. With us all being in Lockdown, the insurance companies are working from home so the process could take weeks if not months until this gets sorted. We are 6 weeks away from Christmas and I am truly heartbroken to hear that presents and memorable items have been burnt in the blaze.
