Ms. Lee, who is a cherished motherly figure to me and our entire neighborhood, is physically unharmed, for which we are incredibly grateful. However, her dear dog, Bella, unfortunately did not survive. Ms. Lee has lost everything - her home, cherished possessions, and even her car.
