Tragic Death of Victor Betancourt Jr.

Victor Jr. became an angel last Thursday when he was a passenger involved in a tragic automobile accident. He left this world too young and his place in our hearts will forever remain empty. This has not only come as a shock to us, but we don't not even know where to begin.
