Tragic Death of Mother and Two Children

On Friday morning Sep 25th, Bobbie Rincon and 2 of her 4 young children, Alicia (6) and Javier (12),were in a fatal car accident outside of Gila Bend, AZ returning from a trip to Mexico. This sudden and unexpected loss is unimaginably devastating to everyone who knew them. I was very good friends with Bobbie as well as the children. Bobbie's brother David and his partner Todd are 2 of my best friends. This tragedy has been crushing for all of us. Bobbie, Alicia, and Javier are survived by her two other children and their siblings, Bianca (15) and Cruz (13) who will live with their Uncles Todd and David Herrera-Rincon. Bobbie was a single mother of 4 and struggled financially, there was no savings or life insurance to provide for anything All funds raised here will go directly to Todd and David for the following: 3 cremations must be paid for and a memorial service held. 2 Children must be adopted with the associated lawyers and legal fees. Todd and David will be losing a significant amount of work as they transition into their new lives as the parents of 2 teenagers. Until they can become the legal guardians of Cruz and Bianca, there will be no government assistance. And finally, grief counseling and therapy for 2 children who suddenly lost their entire family. We need your help.

I am raising money David Rincon and Todd Herrera-Ridenhour, a married couple. They are two of my best friends and have asked me to set this fundraiser up. I was also friends with the deceased Roberta (Bobbie) Rincon, Javier Rincon, and Alicia Rincon.
3) How the funds will be spent (be as specific as possible)
The funds raised here will be used to pay for 3 cremations, a memorial service, the rehoming of Roberta's surviving children, Cruz Rincon and Bianca Rincon, as well as their legal adoption by Todd and David. Grief counseling and therapy for the surviving children.

Money from this fundraiser will be deposited into my account and then handed directly to Todd and David as either cash or check.
