TRAGIC DEATH OF FATHER LEAVES YOUNG SONS IN NEED

Six years ago young Bobby and Ryan lost their Mom, Annmarie Adee-Friedmann to a sudden heart attack. Needless to say, the family was devastated and left her husband, Robert Friedmann to care for their sons while working as a Captain in the NYC Correctional system. Rob was devoted to his boys, coaching their teams, helping with their studies, caring for their every need and being their best friend. He was known in his community of Wantagh as the kindest soul who would do anything for his friends and neighbors.

On July 5th, at the young age of 53, Rob passed away suddenly, leaving behind his two young sons. Bobby, 13 and Ryan, 11 who are absolutely heartbroken and again having to deal with the loss of a parent. As an adult its’s hard to comprehend what has happened and deal with this enormous tragedy. For two young loving boys who idolized their Dad, it’s frightening and impossible to understand how to move forward.

Robert J. Friedmann is the listed beneficiary for this fundraiser. He is the grandfather and guardian of both Robert and Ryan Friedmann, the intended recipients of the fundraiser. His son Robert Friedmann and his daughter in law Annmarie Adee Friedmann are both deceased and the funds being raised will be used to provide financial support to their two children in the immediate future and for longer-term plans, including college expenses. His intention is to set up trust accounts for the benefit of Bobby and Ryan to ensure that the funds are available for the purposes outlined above.

While nothing can replace the love and security of their parents, this go-fund me is being established to help provide financial support to the boys in the immediate future and for the long-term plans, including college expenses.
