On Saturday, July 10 around 2:45am I received a phone call that no one ever wants to receive. I was notified that my mom, Sonja Meany, passed away in a fatal car accident and she was pronounced dead on scene. With myself (Kayla Meany) being 23 and my younger sister (Amber Meany) being 19, we never expected that we would have to be planning our mothers funeral so soon. Everything is still under investigation at this time and we won’t have any service arrangements until investigation is complete.
