Tragic Accident of Family with Newborn

Nick is a dedicated father to his son Gavin. Gavin was born 5 months ago. As a father, Nick’s world revolves around Gavin and myself, Morgan, the mother of his child and loyal partner. He supported and provided for our family with the love and hard work every household needs to thrive. We are a happy family that spends lots of time with friends and family. However, on Sunday June 11th, Nick was ripped from us and hospitalized after being in a terrible car accident. He is still in the hospital and he did not have health insurance coverage. He has suffered a right broken femur, right tibia fracture and right foot fracture. He also has suffered a right broken humerus and shoulder, with a broken nose and internal bruising. Nick had two surgeries one fixing his leg with a titanium rod and one fixing his shoulder with plates and screws. They repaired his nose and stitched his lip together. He has multiple lacerations that are stapled closed. Just recently, he underwent two blood transfusions to replenish the blood he lost from surgery. Now on a long road of healing and physical therapy rehabilitation, he is in rough shape and disabled from work or any physical activity until he heals.
