“We will be having Roman Marcus-Lin Burke’s and Lylian Michelle Galves’s celebration of life on June 17th at our family home! 1615 E. Laguna rd. At 5pm update: anyone can come who loved Lily or Roman!”
Robert is home and has little Bobby back in his arms. Recovery is slow. This family still needs financial support while recovering.
Update: Robert was awake and wiggled his toes and gave the thumbs up!
On Friday night April 14th tragedy struck when the off-road vehicle carrying two families was struck from the rear at incredible speed. The Burke brothers, Michael and Robert, had their wives and children with them. Ashley Wright and Michael Burke have two children who were in the accident, and 5 year old Roman lost his life. Ashley is in Las Vegas and in critical condition. Robert Burke and Lillian Galves have a newborn son who was at home at the time, but Lillian lost her life. Robert was airlifted to Las Vegas with a broken neck, broken pelvis, and severe head trauma.
The two families bought a house together and had their mother living with them. We are raising funds for burial expenses, medical expenses, and mortgage payments to allow them to keep their house through recovery.
Michael and Robert Burke, and Ashley Wright were much-loved members of the AOBIHS family and had continued their training after school in the construction industry. We are pleading with the community to help support the long road ahead, for these two families.
