Tragedy for the Rascon’s

At 7:30 pm on December 29,2019 ones biggest fear hit the Rascon family. They had just arrived at their daughters house in Maricopa. They had no idea what was happening at their home in Elfrida. After several missed calls they realized something was terribly wrong. The next few words were ones they would never forget, Your house is on fire. Unable to do much from where they were, they quickly got up and headed back to where they used to call home. The swift efforts of local family, friends and firefighters were not enough to salvage their home. Unfortunately they have lost everything. With a teenage granddaughter living at home, she has lost all of her school books, supplies, and sports equipment. They also have a 9 month old baby, who has also lost all his clothes, diapers and crib. This family  lost more than just a house, it was cherished memories and things that they will never be able to replace. It was also a gathering place for all of us that love them. It was home to them and each of us. Please help us reach out to them to show our love and support.
