Tragedies, that just don’t want to stop

Hello,

My name is Merideth Gusberti and I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read my story.

Close friends of mine have been blindsided by a sudden illness of Chris, whom is the “man of the house.”

Or better yet loving Husband to Janette and devoted father to Alishia, Ashleigh, Justin and Missy ( the family cat )

Anguish doesn’t know it is supposed to come in stages. Instead, it tears down your facade, wrecks your world, walks out casually, then returns hours later to do it all over again. Something the Weiss family are all too familiar with.

For starters an illness burden if that wasn’t enough already…..

Only a few short months ago chris received more devastation. A job lose, an unexpected indefinite lay off from work. Keep in mind it is most crucial chris has employment as he is the sole proprietor, and Janette has her own medical issues that has already put her employment on an indefinite stand still.

On top of that pain and now financial stress, Janette lost both of her parents, whom were the glue to this family, both parents gave everyone that warm cup of coffee feeling.

Navigating this world has been nothing less than a struggle, the absent unwavering support and love is unexplainable.

Her parents had very unique relationship with Chris, they were best friends but still.

Held that parent persona. None the less the Love and support were strong.

Having an insight of the year 2023 for the Weiss family brings tears to my eyes. As everyone knows Even one devastation can wreak havoc on anyone’s finances, this family has had multiple as mentioned.

Financially their savings account is demising by the day, ( Funeral costs, funds to replace chris salary, countless trips to London , hotel stays and much more.,)

Ultimately this led to leaving a daily decision on what bills can be paid and what ones will go unpaid, which is something a loving family shouldn’t have to go though.

When I say this family would give the shirt off their back, I really mean it.

In close, the hardship of having an indefinite lay off, tragic loss of both parents, and now a crippling illness for Chris, which mind you puts him at a complete stand still for even getting new employment, that being said,

All the donations made will be directed to the beneficiary to support this family.
