Let me introduce Tracy, a coworker and a dear friend. Tracy is the insurance specialist here at Riverheart Family Dentistry. Tracy is a loving mom of 3 boys and a native Missouri resident. Anyone who knows Tracy knows that she has the kindest, most genuine soul. It's no surprise that when we (her coworkers) found out that Tracy was battling a genetic kidney disorder, that we wanted to rally around her and show our support. Tracy inherited a disease called Basement Membrane Nephropathy that has ultimately led to her being on dialysis, needing multiple surgeries, and hopefully getting a kidney transplant in the future. Other family members have been affected, including her loving mom who passed this last year from kidney-related issues. Medical bills are piling in and creating a burden in her life.
