Tracy's Car Crisis: Your Support Needed

Hi everyone,

This is not something I thought I would ever do, but I am at a complete loss. Yesterday while driving on the highway my engine blew and my car just stopped. Thanksfully I was able to make it onto the shoulder and out of harms way. After the lovely gentleman from the police came to check on me he called me a two truck. They informed me that my car will cost more to fix than it is worth. My next problem was that I had no way of making the 47 miles home except to call a taxi as Uber and Lyft aren't available in that area. Almost $400 dollars later I was able to make it home.

As many of you know I am a pet sitter and depend entirely on a car to get me to all different appointments throughout the day. My second problem is that I used all my rent money in order to get there and then rent a car for one day today to get all of the items out of my car, also to confirm that it was actually totaled.

Asking for help is such a hard thing to do, but I am so desperate and have no idea what else to do. I need to buy a new, to me, car. Im not looking for anything extravagant whatsoever just something that will last me for a few years until I can upgrade.

I also need help with rent payment for this and next month. This is so hard to do because I know everyone is in a tough spot and I dont' ever want to ask for a handout. All I can say is that I can vow to pay it forward when I have the means to do so.

If any of you would be able to donate anything at all it would help keep a roof over my head and also mean that I could continue to run my company which I love so much.

Im very embarrassed to ask for help and I'm sorry that I even have to because I know there are more deserving people out there.

I am just completely lost and just broken at this point and I have NO idea what to do. So here I am asking for any help that you might be able to pass my way. I would be glad to make a list and your money back to you when I can. Also if you have any suggestions on how I could do something for you I can also do that I.E. if you are in the area I will clean your house, cook , do laundry...
