Hi everyone,
My wife, Tracy, was diagnosed with a very rare Signet Cell Adenocarcinoma in her appendix. She took chemotherapy for several years during which she suffered a stroke and saw the cancer grow and then finally shrink to where she was a candidate for Hipec surgery (warm internal chemo wash). After a very long recovery she was finally in remission.
We have been traveling back and forth to Houston to the MD Anderson treatment center all that time. Just two weeks ago we were given some unwelcome news during a routine follow up in Texas. Her tumor markers had jumped and the scans now showed a recurrence of the disease. The doctors at MD Anderson have no more ideas on how to treat this.

In addition to this news we now currently without a working car due to an “unusual” (according to the mechanic) failure of a bracket in the engine which ended up destroying the the engine and a week later
someone ran a red light and totaled our last car less than a week before our trip to Texas 10 days ago.

We will be using this money to cover medical expenses such as experimental treatments and alternative treatments which insurance will not cover, Travel for these treatments, and anything else that is needed to for us to have victory over this again!
