My name is Tracye and this is my story:

In November 2024, my sister’s husband unexpectantly passed away so I dropped everything and flew to Atlanta, GA to be with her and my nephew. While at the police station getting information, I got a severe headache and passed out. Just like Jamie Foxx, I was taken by ambulance to one hospital then airlifted to Piedmont Atlanta and diagnosed with a brain bleed. (We had the same doctor too!) After five surgeries and no recollection of a full month's time in the hospital, I'm alive! I know I am a miracle! Although I am left with a permanent shunt (release valve) in my head to drain the excess fluid into a tube that runs through my neck into my stomach instead of my spine should this ever occur again, I am alive with an awesome testimony filled with grace and mercy.

Unfortunately, life doesn’t stop because of brain surgery. I am left with a mountain of debt that I desperately need help with. Disability has not paid anything and I am now months behind on all of my bills and rent with no less than three more months to go. I actually received an eviction notice yesterday but I am still in Georgia and cannot travel back to California to see about my belongings. I need to undergo therapy and be cleared to travel; however, both have costs associated with them.
