Tracy's Battle

Tracy Desormeaux is a team member at Mercedes-Benz of Boerne that delivers an outstanding experience to all the service customers every day.  Tracy, is a super courageous individual that still manages to drive herself to work every day and put a great big smile on her face while feeling horrible from her ongoing rounds of chemo that she receives in Houston once a month.  Tracy is currently in the fight of her life dealing with having stage 2 breast cancer diagnosed in 2012 which was treated with surgeries and radiation.  Thankfully, she recovered from breast cancer.    Most recently, in February of 2016 she was diagnosed with rectal cancer which she fought with more radiation and all the horrible discomforts.   The cancer at that point seemed to have disappeared but unfortunately it returned in December of 2016 requiring  surgery in August of 2017 where a massive tumor was removed.   After a spell of recovery and some regained confidence the bad news was that the cancer had returned to the pelvic area in February of 2018 requiring now again more chemo treatments.   After all these events she is still receiving chemo and trying to manage her affairs while working intermittently. Tracy has become an inspiration for all of us here at Mercedes-Benz of Boerne and all of us are supporting her financial needs, however, we also decided to post a Go Fund Me page so she could receive additional support from other generous folks who understand her fight or have had relatives or friends with this horrible disease.   Tracy's motto is Get up and get dressed and adjust your crown!
