Tracy Skinner-Wood Medical Expenses

I wanted to give an update to all of our friends & family, regarding my sister, Tracy (Skinner) Wood.

We needed to take a few days to process the information for ourselves, before we shared with it with everyone. As most are aware, Tracy was involved in a serious ATV accident early Saturday morning. She broke her back in several places, broke several ribs and has a collapsed lung. She has undergone surgery, but the injuries to her back and spinal cord are severe, and can't be medically repaired. Tracy is paralyzed from the middle of her chest down, and we are told this is permanent. She has had two chest tubes placed in an effort to help with the situation with her lungs, but as of this morning, she has experienced a set-back, and she is currently on a ventilator. She is stable and she has the best physicians and nurses providing her care around the clock. I have had multiple people reach out about a GoFundMe, and there may already be someone attempting to create a fake account, so I wanted to set this one up to help her and her family get through this unimaginable time. We appreciate every single call, text and person who has reached out, but most of all we appreciate your prayers for Tracy, and for our family. We love you all and will update as we learn more.
