Hi, we are students and lecturers from the Primary Education Studies course at Cardiff Met. We have linked with a school in Rusizi district in Rwanda for the past 7 years and we are raising money to help to build a kitchen in their school. This would transform the lives of many of the pupils who currently only come to school for half the day as they have to walk a long distance to the school address. They go home for lunch and they don't return to school as it takes too long to return so they miss an afternoon of education. Both the lecturers Nick and Dyddgu have visited the school and they have seen the huge impact that raising these additional funds could have.

So in an effort to raise money Nick, Dyddgu and PES students will be doing laps of the Cardiff Met athletics track for 24 hours on the 9/10th Feb from 10am-10am. You can help by contributing your steps and joining us for a few laps or kindly donating.
