As many of you have heard, our mom passed away on February 5th. Our family is torn apart and did not see any of this coming. Due to the circumstances, we are not financially stable enough to cover all of the expenses. Unfortunately, my mom was on her way back from Rhode island, heading to Florida. While in North Carolina, she passed away in her sleep. The fees of transferring her are far too expensive at the moment due to COVID-19 precautions. We have decided to have a memorial for her in North Carolina, as she would have wanted to get cremated. The cost of this will be a little over $4000 including the travel fees for the family. We are doing all that we can under the circumstances but we could use all of the help that we can get. Anything is appreciated.
