Help Me Heal: Support my Recovery from a Covid Vax injury

Donation protected
I never imagined I’d be writing this. To be honest, it’s incredibly difficult to ask for help, especially at this stage of my life. However, after exhausting every option, I find myself with no choice but to seek the kindness of others on this medical journey.

My story may be unfamiliar to some, as mainstream media has given little attention to cases like mine. A cascade of side effects began shortly after my second vaccination on March 30, 2021. Initially, I experienced the typical side effects, fatigue, sore arm, and a headache, just like after my first dose. However, the next day, I developed chest tightness and shortness of breath. I thought it would pass, but when it didn’t, I sought medical help.

Over the next few months, I was in and out of urgent care, the ER, and specialists' offices, including a cardiologist, pulmonologist, and neurologist. In 2022, I was finally referred to in-patient care at Shirley Ryan Ability Lab for physical, occupational, and speech therapy. I spent years explaining my symptoms, while at that time most doctors had little to no understanding or knowledge on how to help me.

The Toll on My Life
This illness has taken away my health, my financial stability, and even some of my closest relationships. Friends and family struggled to understand what they couldn’t see, and sadly my fiancé and I ended couldn't seem to "weather the storm" our relationship ended and I was in the position where I had to leave the home I helped build. Now forced to start life over, I continue to wonder how does one rebuild without medical and little emotional support?

This vaccine left me financially devastated andante without the choice but to withdraw my pension, what remains of my life is currently in a public storage while I rely on my youngest child for housing. What was meant to be a temporary arrangement seems to have become permanent and the guilt is truly overwhelming.

A Glimmer of Hope
Despite everything, I continued to self-advocate in search of answers. It took 3.5 years to obtain an official diagnosis from UI Health and a world-renowned physician at the Leading Edge Clinic who specialized in Long Vax Injury. Dr. Kory was truly God sent, the light at the end of my tunnel, he understood, had experience, a treatment and but most of all Dr. Kory and his wonderful nurse April provide me with HOPE. Dr. Kory advocates for patients just like me. He had access to a pro bono fund to help start my treatment something I could not have done without him.

However, after several months, that funding will be coming to an end soon. I require continued treatment as we try to eliminate the spike protein and widespread micro clotting, manage my ME/CFS and neurological symptoms as well as my physical pain.

Why I’m Asking for Help
As a mother of three and grandmother of two, I am deeply committed to regaining my health, and personal and financial independence. More than anything, I want to set an example of strength and resilience—not only for my children but also for others who continue to face similar challenges.

Unfortunately, Covid vaccine Injuries seem to have been a controversial topic until recently. Published medical journals and clinical trials from reputable sources such as the Mayo Clinic, Yale, and the NIH are readily available however, successful treatments are most often not covered by Private Insurance, Medicaid, or even Medicare. This leaves me with no choice but to humbly seek support from family, friends, and the generosity of others to continue my journey toward recovery.

Out of Pocket Care Cost:
Dr. Kory: $650.00 per visit
Nursing Subscription: $150.00 per month for continued follow up care
Prescriptions: approx. $100.00 per month.
Supplements: approx. $150.00 per month
An average of $35 a day

*The Leading Edge Clinic care plan currently does not include any future lab work.

I’m hoping to better understand what’s happening with my brain. A SPECT scan at the Amen Clinic—where Dr. Daniel Amen specializes in brain health—could provide a clearer picture of any injuries, blood flow issues, or imbalances. Most importantly, it may help determine whether the changes I’m experiencing are temporary or long term. I truly believe this scan could offer the clarity I need—and help show if and how the spike protein, micro clotting, and inflammation are affecting my brain function

SPECT Scan $4995 includes 2 scans and appointment costs

I will provide continued updates along with the accounting of donations for all who support me throughout this emotional journey to recovery.

Your kindness, continued PRAYERS, and support mean more to me than words can express. Please consider sharing my story—and thank you, from the bottom of my heart
