With surgery’s scheduled and approaching fast the goal is to ease the worried mind.
Medical needs before/after surgery to purchase. Bills/regular bills.
As most of you know, Steph and Tracie have had a tough 2 years medically.
In July of 2020 Steph was hospitalized with COVID.
Down 5 months to recovery and out from work.
Jan 2021 Steph released back to work and in the same month but different day is when Tracie slips on ice taking a swan dive down her deck stairs fracturing 7 major bones in her face. After several medical procedures and recovery She was finally released back to work in July 2021 when suddenly BAM
Cancer made a unwelcoming introduction.
Tracie is diagnosed with breast cancer, a very aggressive type of breast cancer.
She finished 5 Months (16 rounds) of Chemo on Jan 31st and l’m so darn proud of her!
Now it's time for surgery.
She has been receiving her treatment at Vanderbilt and now been referred to a Breast Cancer Center in New Orleans
They have accepted her case. They will do the double mastectomy and reconstruction at the same time.
March 16th is her surgery date and she will have to be there for 10 days. But that's not all, a few weeks ago Steph slipped on the ice and tore his rotator cuff. He's been going to physical therapy and they have decided he must have surgery.
Steph and Tracie are at a point where they've exhausted their savings and are facing a lot of out of pocket money. $5000 deductible, travel expenses, loss of income while Steph has surgery and recovers.
There's not enough time to plan a benefit to raise this money, so we are asking that you donate what you can.
