Hi, I’m Jenny and I’m raising money for my friend Traci. She’s been the unpaid caregiver for her mother for 2 years, 4 months now as her mother suffers from cancer. Traci’s responsibilities have steadily increased as her mother has become sicker.

Traci’s mother’s health took a turn during the first weekend in May and she was moved to hospice. At this point Traci and other family members are starting to gather near her mother’s bedside.

The costs of Traci’s mother’s illness are covered by insurance, however, to date, Traci’s day to day expenses have not been, even as she served as primary caregiver over these past months.

As Traci moves through this phase, she is in need of the following:

1. Enough money to cover cremation expenses. Her mother would not want a memorial, but the cremation is a must.

2. Enough to cover 1-2 months’ expenses as Traci’s caregiving duties end and she starts a job search.
