I had a lumpectomy 2 years ago followed by seven weeks of radiation. Now, two years later, I have been diagnosed with Triple Negative Stage 2 Breast Cancer. I will be undergoing a double mastectomy, followed by chemotherapy and eventually reconstructive surgery.
My surgery is scheduled for July 3rd and will not be able to perform all duties required as a waitress. The funds will help pay my monthly medical and living expenses until I am able to return to work.
