Tracey Danley’s heart transplant.

Update:

Tracey came home one week after receiving her new heart and she is doing really good. Not showing any signs of rejection!  Still a long road to recovery but off to a good start. 

Hello and thank you for taking an interest in our beloved friend Tracey Danley. On January 15th we got the call, our friend, the loyal one who drops everything to help, the fun one who is always up for a good time, the strong one who listens to everyone else's problems even though she is struggling, the caring one who puts everyone's needs above her own, is in trouble, it's our turn to come to her rescue. A heart, we need a heart stat!! After grueling and invasive tests and trials Tracey was put on the transplant list on 2/13 and had a heart on its way the next day!! Valentine's day 2024 will forever be HEART DAY for all of us. Now the hard work begins. The recovery and healing. We want more than anything for Tracey to have the time and peace to focus on healing, and getting strong again. We don't want her to worry about the hospital bills, the time she isn't able to work, so we are asking for funds to help alleviate her worry and fear.

Tracey is the epitome of overcoming adversity, with flair and style. We, her friends, are in awe of how she can take the hits, get up and keep moving with a smile on her face and an inappropriate joke for good measure. Tracey has never met a dog she didn't love, it's her job! Tracey has worked in the dog service industry for a long time and she loves to be of service to the clients and their people.
