Greetings PH Staff,
I set up this GoFund Me account to help out our own Tracee Cottle. For quite some time, Tracee had a car that experienced a series of ongoing issues and costly repairs. A few months ago, she replaced the car. Last week the transmission on the car went out and she is now faced with the significant expense of either replacing the transmission or buying another car.
Tracee is a hard working single mom who lives in Northwest Indiana. Every morning, she boards the train early to come to Chicago and work at PH all day. She then takes the train home and spends the small amount of free time she has helping her sons with their homework. She is a strong woman, she is incredibly resilient along with a very warm and friendly person.
I am asking you to help me raise some money to help Tracee fix her car. She is the type of person who would never ask for help and I know if any of us were in this situation, she would do what she could to help us out. So I'm asking you to donate what you can and please don't mention it to her - I would like to give it to her as a gift from the office. Think of it as an early Christmas gift, a thank you for all that she does for each of us here every week.
I've never set up anything like this before, I just think she deserves some kindness - sometimes posetive karma needs a boost. Please see me with any questions. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
