Hi, my name is Courtney, the heart of Soulful Sweets. Writing this doesn’t come easy for me

A few months ago, I stepped away from my job and chose to follow the calling God placed on my heart — to worship Him through baking and serve others with what I create. I didn’t make this decision lightly. I prayed, I waited, and I trusted that God would lead the way.

Right now, I’m in a very real and humbling season. My business is in a slow period, and I’m struggling to cover personal bills, basic necessities and some business expenses. I’m facing an urgent $500 car insurance bill that’s due next Monday. It’s been weighing heavily on me, and I’ve been praying daily for provision. Meeting this need would bring immense relief and help me breathe a little easier as I continue trusting God through this season.

Asking for help doesn’t come easily for me, but I’m learning that faith sometimes looks like admitting you can’t do it all on your own.
