Hello I’m Raymond Daniels I have been struggling within the last 4 years with my health. I got sick out of nowhere, I lost abundant amount of weight, I can’t hold food and slowly losing my mobility. The doctors I have been seeing do not know what is going on nor how this happened. I was in the ICU in 2023 for 3 months and lost my job. My family has been helping me with all they can, but the medical bills has been too much. I’m in a state that does not offer medical assistance unless I’m on disability or have small children. I have been struggling to seek jobs since I have been discharged from the hospital; I think it’s due to my appearance, I don’t look healthy. I’m working with my doctors to help me get on disability but I can’t afford to pay for copay visits and extra tests they are requesting for me to do. I never would have thought to be in this situation because I am great working man and father. I am on my last luck and strength asking for assistance, please if you can help me with my medical expenses. I want to know what is happening to me. Thank you.
