Ghana Mission Trip 2024

Hi! My name is Madison Isley and this Summer I have the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Kumasi, Ghana in Africa! The mission of this trip is to teach people about Jesus who have never heard about Him before! Over these ten days, we will be helping Pastor Isaiah and Suhudoo Baptist Church with their needs for kids’ toys and school materials, as well as making donations and helping with other needs in the community. At Renovation Church, we have an extensive relationship with Pastor Isaiah and his family. We're so glad that we have the opportunity to show our love for him and others in Kumasi. Along with spending time at Suhudoo Baptist Church, our team spends many hours in the Kumasi marketplace sharing the Good News of Jesus! We get to share the news that there is a God who loves us so much that He sent His only son, Jesus, to die on the cross so that our sins would be atoned for. At Renovation Church, our goal is to reach every man, woman, and child. This trip gives us a chance to do that globally! We get to live out being disciples of Jesus Christ by sharing this Good News! And I am grateful for the opportunity to do so with an amazing team of people from Renovation Church!

The next step is raising money for the trip! I have a goal of $3,250. That will go towards my housing and travel, and supplies and toys for the children at the school. Regardless of whether you can financially contribute, I would appreciate prayers for the team and me for strength, health, tenacity, and discernment leading up to and throughout the trip!
