This is Jonno Lansdowne. He is my Dad. You may have seen his face around town (Goulburn), he has lived and worked here all of his life. Dad is a kind of man that would help absolutely anyone in need, he would literally give you the shirt off his back.

Dad has had diabetes since he was a twenty one, it had been managed up until around two and a half years ago, when he was diagnosed with kidney failure. Many doctor visits and daily dialysis was very tough on him.

He finally got the life-saving call to receive a kidney and pancreas transplant.

He is currently recovering in hospital in Sydney.
