Nicholas McDonald

It is with great sadness I share our beloved McDonald Family suffered the unfathomable loss of their beloved Nicholas. Although the medical team at UMass did their absolute best to try and save him, Nicholas passed peacefully on December 20, 2023 with his family by his side.

Nicholas touched and left an unforgettable impression on every single soul he met. His smile lit up every single room and he always found a way to make us laugh. He had the biggest heart and cared so deeply for others, and that is a testament of the family he is a part of.

The goal of this GoFundMe is to provide some relief and ease the financial burden of the medical bills, funeral costs, and assisting the family with the coping of this loss. 100% of all money raised will be going to Mr & Mrs McDonald. Aunt Joni is the beneficiary who will make sure they receive this money.

The McDonald Family is one that would NEVER ask for anything, but is the first to be there for anyone in need. I hope we can all come together and show them we are here for them and the memory of Nicholas will live on forever. I know it is the holidays and money is tight for everyone. Every little bit will help ❤️

10/21 update: I am absolutely blown away (but not the least surprised!) by all the support in less than 24 hours

Even if you are unable to donate, please continue to share this GoFundMe. From working at Market Basket, Nick interacted + touched so many lives, many who may be strangers to us. I hope this page can reach as many of those individuals as possible ❤️
