Barbados Cricket Tour in 2025

Hi my name is Chris Cummings, I am heavily involved with cricket coaching various teams across the Yorkshire District. I have had a passion for cricket ever since I was 7 years old, playing cricket through the junior age groups and into senior cricket and am currently playing at Burley in Wharfedale CC. 

I am a representative manager for the Upper Airedale Taverners, and work with children from the Aire Wharfe, and Bradford Taverners also.

In 2019 I won YCCC Young Coach of the Year award, and have since gone onto set up my own coaching business 5C Chris Cummings Children's Cricket Coach and work for the Cricket School Ltd.

I have been given an amazing opportunity to take a squad of under 14s to play cricket on tour in Barbados in October 2025, therefore as a team we are trying to raise funds to enable us to get the selected individuals over there on what will be a chance of a lifetime and an amazing experience in the Caribbean.

We are planning various fundraising activities to try to raise as much money as possible towards flights and accommodation, with our initial target of £10,000. Therefore my ask is if you can support us with a donation prize, or know of anyone else who could help, it would be greatly appreciated if you could make them aware of this event, and ask if they are willing to help in any way at all.

During this exciting endeavour I will keep everyone involved aware of our progress.
