Hi, It's Derek Winterbottom. I have Congestive Heart Failure. My heart is operating at only 10% and I'm going into a cardiac rehabilitation program on July 26 of this year.

I had a triple bipass about 12 years ago and also I had 2 procedures done. I had a pacemaker installed and a microvalve clip put in my heart about 2 years ago.

Recently, I had breathing problems and I was admitted to Cedars Sinai hospital at the beginning of May. I was there for 3 1/2 weeks and they wanted me to have an LVAD installed in my heart but I didn't think I would live through the surgery as it is extremely invasive.

Before I went in to the hospital I was an Uber driver (5 star), but after I was discharged from the hospital both my cardiologist and my doctor said I won't be able to drive until possibly next year.

In the meantime I have to pay my car payment ($328 p/month) and insurance ($320 p/month) plus all my household bills, phone bills, rent and food ( About another $1200 p/month). All of which I needs help with.
