On 4/3/19, My dog Tipper was hit by a car and sustained damage to his back legs.
One leg is very likely for amputation. His other leg is having foot issues which will require orthopedic surgery. 
He is stable and has no internal injuries. 
So far the vet bills for x-rays and medicine have been around 1700.
