It is with great sadness and disbelief that we announce the sudden and very unexpected passing of Austin T. Jenkins. Mental illness is not something to take lightly. Unfortunately Austin was a victim and struggling with this illness. There is hope even when your brain tells you there isn’t. It is very disheartening to know that this illness took a family’s husband and father.
The Jenkins family, all of which consist of Austin’s wife of 6 years, Loriana and their 3 young children. As you can imagine being left with the sole responsibility of raising 3 small children is devastating. While the family is grieving the loss of such an amazing husband and father it is a struggle to maintain their day to day needs. Due to the circumstances of Austin’s death the family is unable to recieve survivor benefits and all possible insurance has been forfeited.
Loraina is now faced with the task of being the sole caregiver for their children. Their family is need of any and all support they can get during this time of grieving and carving out a new way of life without their husband/dad. This loss of Austin now creates a huge financial burden as he was the sole provider for his family.
During this time they will need help with daily living expenses, mortgage, utilities, and all of the other necessities that come with raising their family. The funds will help out tremendously, while they try to work out the intricate details of day to day life without Austin.
This loss is deeply personal, which makes us realize just how short life is. Please keep this family in your prayers, and we thank you for any help you may give. Even if you are not in a position to help out, please share this GoFundMe page with your friends and family.
