On Memorial Day, May 30th, 2022, 37-year-old Jeremy Gilley was shot and killed in the doorway of his apartment after a physical altercation started by his neighbor, Joshua Bilodeau.
It has been decided that no charges will be pressed on the 2 individuals that took Jeremy's life. There are too many unanswered questions about the way Jeremy was shot that the detective is unable to answer and the case has been closed. Our family does not feel a proper investigation was completed.
Jeremy Gilley was a decorated U.S. war veteran who served in Iraq during Operation Enduring Freedom, he then lost his legs in the act of a drunk driver putting him into a wheelchair for the remainder of his life.
He has a 10-year-old daughter, who was the light of his life and they adored each other. Jeremy's daughter will want answers someday to what happened to her dad.

We would like to hire a private investigator, retain an attorney and file a wrongful death suit against Chris Bilodeau. We will need financial help in doing this.
We want to thank everybody for their support during this time. Anything you can donate would be appreciated from the bottom of our hearts and if you are unable to help financially please help by sharing his story and keeping his face and name out there. He deserves justice!
