5 months after she was trying to piece together the devastation of loss, change and trauma
 of losing her and our beloved Eduardo Smissen who lost his very fierce and amazing battle with
 prostrate cancer.
 Joelle Signorelli, his wife and life partner was diagnosed with
 HER-2 positive, stage 2 breast cancer. 2 surgeries later, many months of chemotherapy and more surgery and radiation to
 follow, Joelle has found herself in a place that is unimaginable for many of us.

 Her car was totaled this past fall.  Ironically, after surgery, her dear friend was returning with her car and had an accident.
How we survive these impossible things is through one another, our community, love, generosity.
 Our deep love and connection, our empathy and kindness.

Joelle has two children, Alioscha and Lou they have been an amazing support to her through this hard time.

 Her closest friends have been an invaluable around her, carrying her through.

We, her friends, and family want to help Joelle buy a reliable vehicle, so that when she resumes her work, she is able to
 function independently in her life.

This fund raiser hopes to bring her $16,000.00 to purchase a vehicle that will serve her profession as a painter, a parent
and sole provider for her family.
  She will need reliable transportation when she is ready to resume work,  operate her life as a single parent,take Lou to school and volleyball practice.


 Joelle needs wheels. We all have them , we need them.
