Thompson Park's Theatrical Curtain

East Liverpool's Got Talent holds an annual Music & Arts Appreciation Festival at the Thompson Park Outdoor Amphitheater located in the great City of East Liverpool, Ohio every August.
In preparation of our first festival, held in 2014, we made a 12'x30' polyethylene theatrical style curtain, used at the amphitheater to separate a front and rear staging area for performer set-up during the festival. The material used for the curtain was not our first choice, but due to the lack of funds, this was our only affordable option.
As we are now preparing for our 3rd annual 2016 Music & Arts Appreciation Festival, we would like to show our commitment to Thompson Park and our community by purchasing a new 12'x70' theatrical style curtain with a track system made with a more aesthetically pleasing, environmentally/eco-friendly, renewable and bio-degradable material. When we are able to reach this goal, East Liverpool's Got Talent will donate the curtain and its track system to Thompson Park to be used in a wide variety of uses at the amphitheater.
The estimated costs in completing this project will be upwards of $3500 and any contributions received to assist us in reaching our goal will be deeply appreciated and will be news-worthy publicity as well. We will also post an announcement and thank you on our Website and social media to all who supported this project.
East Liverpool's Got Talent is a federally recognized 501(c) (3) non-profit charitable organization with a purpose to educate, coordinate, recognize, provide aid to inspire and expose to the public our local musicians and artists in our hometown and surrounding communities. We believe showcasing new talent will inspire others, and result in the betterment of our community.
