Hi, my name is Holly. I am the owner of Holly’s Home Childcare & Preschool LLC in Indiana. For the past 4 years, I have been helping children and families in my community with quality childcare and preschool from my home. I have a very high reputation in our community and a large waiting list. Unfortunately I cannot help everyone with being a small in home center.  I hope you see the potential that I see as well. I plan to open this as a new childcare & preschool center. I have had an amazing amount of support from the community, as we do not have ENOUGH pre k programs around. We are also in a federal childcare desert, meaning parents aren’t able to work, because there is no childcare available. I have the building bought and the business established, now we are needing funds to get it started! The first cost is the architect. His cost is $18,000 alone to draw up the plans that need submitted to the state. We also need roughly 5 bathrooms installed, a playground and several classrooms with supplies.
