On the morning of September 15 andrew was rush to the emergency room via ambulance where he stood in the ambulance bay for to long without proper care. After complaining of numbness in his limbs at home he started complaing that it was progressing and could no longer feel his face while waiting and Desperate for help as i see his eyes start to roll i paniced as he went into cardiac arrest. I never thought that be the last time i heard your voice. With 20 min of trying to revive andrew they gave me the time of death and i just could not believe that he was gone. i didnt know what to .... I never left the room. Im forever tramatized seeing the love of my life pass before my eyes. As this is unexpected he leaves behind a grieving family and young son and girlfriend. He is my bestfriend and the love of my life, nobody understood me the way he does. And nobody understood him the way i did. We spoke the same language . I never loved anyone as close to this. Everything about him was a blessing. He is a very talented artist and chef and the kids would never forget their step dad.He gave us many memories to cherish in his unfortunate passing. Please give Andrew the proper burial he deserves as this is unexpected and we are left unprepared. - fiance Melanie S
