Max’s Survival Journey

Hey, friends. I’ve posted recently about my male cat Max getting UTIs/blockages and apparently they’re occurring in alarming frequency. He’s just been admitted for the third time in less than two months in spite of being on special food and still being on anti biotics from the last vet visit (a week ago). If anyone is familiar, these are not only painful and fatal, they’re insanely expensive to maintain.

We were initially prepared with a care credit card, but he maxed that out in the first two visits. He now will likely need surgery to survive future UTIs, which is possibly to occur by Monday. I don’t expect to hit the goal, but getting even half way or close to that would be monumental on alleviating our financial dire straits as I know everyone is hurting from the holidays and woeful economy.
