My name is Paige Visneski and I am from PA. I didn't know the Shipman's at all but they are my brothers and sisters in Christ. Jacob Shipman, 12 years old (7th grade), suffers from severe brain trauma and brain swelling. He had emergency surgery on Friday, Feb. 12, 2016. His family consists of his twin sister and younger sister, his mom and his dad. Jacob is a sweet, well-mannered, structured, vibrant, high-spirited and fun loving little boy. Right now he is fighting for his life and his family is fighting the good fight right along side of him. Sadly Jacob passed away February 23, 2016.
The family has yet to leave his side and while they are praying and awaiting God's divine intervention they still have bills to pay, mouths to feed, dress and drive to school as well as upcoming medical expenses in the days to come. This family is going through so much right now and any cent/dollar helps. Please consider giving to a family who is in serious need at this time. Prayer is also needed. I have given Jacobs mom a check for the entire amount Go Fund Me presented while collecting funds and she now has the funds. I am still collecting donations to help cover funeral costs, food, home repairs, gas, and daily living expenses.
