Hello beautiful community!

It’s my honor to write on behalf of our beloved Nana who just got her facial feminization surgery this Tuesday, October 10th 2023!

Nana is in need of our community to show some emergency fiscal support right now because the surgery date was moved up unexpectedly.

The new date for surgery was previously set for February 2024 and was then moved up to this week. Nana has had to cancel work that she was previously scheduled for the next two weeks to do in order to meet the surgery date and recovery.

We want to give her space and security to focus on healing in peace. Right now she needs to have $10,000 to cover surgery, but we are aiming to crowd fund $5,000 through this Gofundme in the next two weeks to cover rent and expenses she’ll need while recovering.

For transparency her recovery/fiscal timeline looks like:

October 10th 2023: surgery day <3

Oct 10th-late november: recovery period

December 1st: when we need to have $5,000 all fundraised by

Won’t know until after surgery: when surgery (the $10,000 must be paid)

We have a longer term plan to cover the $10,000 through a presale of a new Trans Divinity shirts, but for now the emergency ask is the $5,000 to cover her rent, food/groceries, resting expenses, and initial extra fees (which could include but now be limited to safe travel modalities such as Lyfts, medication, and of course taking time off of work!!!).
