Toys for RVA Children’s Hospital

Last Christmas, Scott & I served as Christmas elves for the ICU Nurses of St. Mary’s Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. Loaded with treats and every sweet, we hoped to bring some Christmas cheer to a group of people who do so much for the community.
Amanda - Scott’s girlfriend and an ICU Nurse - suggested we should bring treats for the kids this year, instead. Scott and I thought that kids would be more excited to meet one of Santa’s elves if they had actual presents.
So, we are starting this GoFundMe to further monetary support to purchase gifts for each kid, wrap them, and hand deliver the gift on Christmas Day. We have never done this before, so we assume that we will learn a lot. However, any money we do not spend will be donated to the children’s hospital.
