Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu

With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved father, Toyeb Ali — a man whose life was defined by kindness, generosity, and unwavering compassion.

He was a true embodiment of humility and mercy, dedicating his time to serving the Village with sincerity, seeking the pleasure of Allah in all his efforts. His enduring legacy lives on in the hearts of those he touched through his selfless service and devotion. In his loving memory of our father, and to continue his noble mission of helping the less fortunate, we are raising funds to build a water well as a Sadaqah-Jariya — for a source of life, hope, and sustenance for families, children, and entire communities in need of a village in Sylheti, which doesn't have access to clean water.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “The best charity is giving water to drink.” — [Sunan Ibn Majah]

Water is one of the greatest blessings from Allah (SWT). By contributing to this project, you take part in an act of ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah) that will benefit generations to come, Insha'Allah.

Allah (SWT) promises: “Whoever relieves a believer’s distress of the distressful aspects of this world, Allah will rescue him from a difficulty of the difficulties of the Hereafter.” — [Sahih Muslim]

We humbly invite you to support this blessed cause. Your generosity will honour our father's memory while earning continuous reward (ajr) for you in this world and the hereafter, Insha'Allah.

May Allah, the Most Merciful, grant him the highest ranks in Jannah, forgive his shortcomings, and multiply his rewards. For all who contribute, may Allah bless you abundantly, ease your affairs, and accept your charity as a source of light in your graves and in the Hereafter.

“Our Lord, grant us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.” — [Surah Al-Baqarah 2:201]
