Hello, We are ToxicScans and up and coming, scans team! we need your help, we are trying to start a website, where you upload mangas and manhwas the RIGHT way! with permission from the authors, the plan is that they will also get a cut! They will get a bigger cut than the other site/company is paying! this site will benefit the authors very well, the other site that  licenses there work gets a huge cut.. bigger than the authors... and basically doesn't care about anything else as long as they are getting paid, and we want to change that! ik we not be saints, but we honestly do care and want to make a difference!! and we want YOUR help! please HELP! We want to turn over a new leaf!
