We are TOWNN, a nonprofit theater company raising $500 for our upcoming production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream—the classic show we all know and love, reimagined through the lens of 90s club kid and rave culture. With drag, dance, and immersive visuals, this production is a vibrant celebration of queer identity and community.

As a company, our mission is as follows:

TOWNN is bringing the DIY punk ethos to theatre as an incubator for groundbreaking work from emerging artists. We approach the development of new works and adaptations of classics with a focus on accessibility for both artists and audiences; in doing so, we are fostering a new alternative arts scene of productions with a high-concept, countercultural edge.

We’re currently seeking $500 to help bring A Midsummer Night’s Dream to life. Your support will go straight to helping us pay our artists for their time and creativity. These funds will also help cover costumes, props, and other production needs.
