I am a hard working and dedicated single parent of 3 lovely children.

In June, with the help of professionals. I determined I was in a abusive, coercive controlling relationship. Around the 10th June I successfully broke free from that relationship or so I thought...

I thought I was free. I believed it was over. I convinced myself I was safe. But to my utter disbelief and horror. I am continuously still suffering at the hands of my abuser 5 months later.

My abuser created a well crafted smear campaign against me. Victimising himself and portraying me as the abuser.

After I contacting the local authority in July regarding my abusers unwanted behaviours.

I strongly believe that as a direct result of me finally standing up for myself and speaking out about the abuse. My abuser felt attacked, so therefore I was the next unsuspecting Victim who needed to be silenced.

My abuser has attempted to drag my name through the mud, with the support of my abuses enablers. They unknowingly aid his behaviour without even stopping to see any evidence of any wrong doing on my part.

My abuser had continued to make my life a misery by making several false claims to the police about me over the last few months. Which have been dismissed due to lack of physical evidence.

However, my abuser did not stop there. My abuser was not content with this course of action so ampt up the abuse even further.

My abuser is now using the court system to aid the control, by applying for a non-molestation order.

This is where my abuser claims I am abusing him!

Due to this, I feel I have no other choice but to try to defend my character in a court of law.

I refuse to be bullied.

I refuse to be intimated any longer.

I have successfully managed to obtained a solicitor to represent me.

However, the cost of this is incredibly high. I have already paid £500 towards this as a down payment, to ensure I have legal representation ahead of the hearing.

The solicitors fees are £200 a hour plus VAT. I am asking for just a small donation towards these costs as this is expected to cost me in excess of £1,600+. With Christmas fast approaching this is not the ideal time particularly for single parent household.

This was my abusers goal to emotionally and financially cripple me.

I plead with anyone that has ever experienced or knows anyone who has experienced domestic abuse or any abuse in any way shape or form.

Please share this as far as wide as possible.

I intend to fight this.

I am inconcent.

I simply want to clear my name.

I have not made any contact with my abuser since the end of July.

I just want to be free from my abuser and to live a peaceful, stress free life. Without stepping out of my door and living in fear of my abuser making more false allegations or claims against me.

Please help me escape this!!
