towards fixing wheelchair and paying it off

hi my name is lee, disabled, hearing impaired and neurodiverse from ldn.

I am in need of funds for servicing my wheelchair as I cannot afford to fix or service the battery that is now having issues and I now cannot use for my day to day. I am still paying off as I couldn’t afford to buy it outright, (I’ve been waiting on the nhs wheelchair for 4 years now & told by the wheelchair services that they still don’t know how long I will have to wait) I have only had access to this wheelchair late last September and have needed it for years as I was given a late diagnosis of fibromyalgia as a ripple effect of all my other health conditions. I am severely struggling with these diagnosed physical and mental health conditions, which are:

Cleft palate

Hearing loss

Asthma/restrictive lung condition Fibromyalgia

IBS

Osteopenia

18 severe food allergies

PCOS

TMJ

Depression

Anxiety

ADHD

Autism

I find it hard to ask for help but anything will help me to function better daily & I really appreciate it. Funds will be used to fund a fully functioning wheelchair.
